SpireTec

SpireTec sought to create a precedent for high density mixed-use urban development in India. The mossessian architecture solution was to wrap up the programme into a more efficient vertical configuration. Indian architecture is known for both grand modernist gestures and delicate details unified by a sense of serenity and balance. Our architectural expression for the exterior, composed of terracotta panels, is intended to evoke both striking simplicity and subtly crafted accents.​
