We are seeking to appoint a project architects with conceptual and creative approach combined with excellent technical skills to develop and manage the coordination of BIM production on a 15,000m2 high-end mixed-use project.
The successful candidate will be expected to have:
- RIBA Part 3 or equivalent qualification and ARB registered with five plus years’ post-Part 3 experience delivering medium and large-scale projects
- demonstrable experience working in projects across all RIBA work stages, particularly working at RIBA Stages 3-5 or equivalent with a good understanding of the entire construction process
- excellent Revit skills with a minimum of five years’ experience to organise, take responsibility for the development and upkeep of the project Revit model from RIBA Stage 3 and co-ordination with the consultant team

good ability to produce RIBA Stage 4 drawing packages

good knowledge of building materials, codes, standards, specifications and construction techniques and detailing

good experience on 3D coordination, interoperability and other BIM-specific workflows

good knowledge and understanding of sustainable design solutions
- ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team
- experience in confidently and clearly communicating and presenting design ideas/solutions to internal and external teams
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Suitable Candidates should have:

experience in BIM (Revit) setting up, industry standards and requirements
- strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to design and time management

advanced Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite skills
