Guangzhou Masterplan

mossessian architecture was appointed to design a 1.3 million m² site 20 km away from Guangzhou, China. The 5 star mixed-use project will offer 287,000m² of luxury residential and 300,000m² of office buildings, connected by a continuous spine of 513,000m² high-end retail. The complex will also comprise a 5-star hotel, a flagship multilevel department store and a 501 meter-high iconic tower, all arranged around a large central park for leisure activities.
