Ministry of Construction

This competition brief was to design the Republic of the Congo’s new Ministry of Construction building with the ambition of reflecting new highly environmental directives for new developments throughout the state. The mossessian architecture design provides exemplary work spaces organized around a series of light wells across all floors. These open interstitial spaces encourage collaborative work, vitality and interaction between users.
